We bought this coat for our newly adopted dog who came from Arkansas, New England in the cold weather. This coat seems to fit the bill! Easy to put on, light and very beautiful! It still seems to keep her warm. Also, I love the fact that it has a zippered seat belt opening, which we use. It is difficult to find a coat with an additional hole for a harness. Basically just one for guidance. In addition, the living machine was dry! I'm considering buying blue too. Would highly recommend to any dog.
