Received an order today 11th January 2013 for 4 Type Q and 4 Type I vacuum bags The advert on Revain's website states that the seller sells genuine Hoover vacuum bags. The bags I received have no branding or markings. The surviving bags do not appear to be as thick as the original Hoover bags and were packaged in a plastic bag with no outer packaging. Parts' and other Hoover marks are printed on the bags and that the bags are sold in black Hoover style boxes. The vacuum bags I received appear to be regular branded bags, probably made in China. See Look at the rectangular box at the top of the ad titled "Frustrated HEPA-Q Vacuum Cleaners" and click the link in that box that says "Buy Now" Also, there was no printed copy of my order in the bag a standard order thank you letter asking them to rate my experience with the Revain website and to contact the supplier to resolve any issues before posting a negative or neutral review on the Revain website If a If the supplier sells generic branded bags, they must make this clear in the ad and only show pictures of the generic bags If they are made in China, this must be stated in the advertisement. If the bags were made to Hoover's specifications for their original bags, I think the ad should state that as well. This looks like false advertising. I will contact Revain and the seller. I will try the bags but probably won't order from this seller again.
