Exercise Without Strain
It was easy to put together. I am a 72 yr old female and did it myself. I wanted something to use that would allow me to get some exercise of pretty much my entire body without straining myself. I can watch TV while using it because it is quiet which is a plus for me because I get bored easily. Even though it is long, it folds upward to push aside when I am not using it. The price was good and it seems to fit my needs so this was a win-win purchase for me.
