I can't tell you how awful they are. I bought 4 and a day later the first one broke and they are only made in China, bullshit. Like I said, I bought 4 and they're all broken. The company will ALWAYS send you details if you call them, but the truth is most people won't waste time after breaking band 3 or 4. I keep them in the office where I get my dry cleaning and change of clothes so they are not used commercially or for transportation. All about 3 blazers and a couple of shirts, they wobble, the plastic legs break when you take the hanger out of the rack. Simply the worst thing I've ever bought. Like I said the company will send you the parts but it's so annoying and I just want my money back. The truth is, I blame Amazon as much as I blame the company for making money. There is no quality control and nobody cares. Thinking about all the crap they sell on Amazon that rips people off and people just accept it makes me sick. DO NOT BUY THESE, THEY WILL NOT FIT! If you see a review with more than 2 stars IT IS WRONG! Worse, I see about $9,000 on the floor with Tom James' custom dresses on them because these pieces of junk ARE well BROKEN, NO ONE has been in my office to touch them in over a month. Excellent customer service when you are willing to service the parts hanger yourself. My time is very valuable and the fact that I wasted so much of it making the product work for me is appalling. I hired a local carpenter to build me a nice closet next to my office IT room and I am billing whoever ever made this junk. 4 and none worked!
