This is a lightweight shift that is very comfortable. I usually wear a L or XL and I ordered this in large and I like the fit. I find it flattering but still roomy enough that I'm not self-conscious. I like the option to roll up the sleeves but personally prefer the sleeves down. They are a bit longer than many, but still, look fine. I don't love that the pattern is not on the inside part of the fabric, it's just white, so I think it looks a little cheaper with the sleeves rolled up. I also don't love the pleating that's on the shoulders, but it really isn't very noticeable. I do think the shirt looks more polished when it's tucked in. Definitely could be dressed up more to wear to work business-casual, depending on what you wear it with. It's a great, soft, comfy, flattering shirt overall, so I'm very pleased.
