The ease of use makes it a winner in our organization. There are different modules to choose from depending upon the needs. We also have had great value for money. It was initially difficult to implement but soon got used to it. Overall, an excellent product! No dislike at all. In fact we loved most parts about it. I would recommend this tool for compliance audit purpose. Compliance to different standards has been achieved after going through the easy modules like ISO9000, SOC2 etc. The system has been very easy for us to use. We were able to get up and running quickly. There are lots of features in the system and it can be overwhelming at first. I would recommend getting help when you need it. As an organization we tend to have many different projects going at once so it was important to us that our team could work together seamlessly across all accounts.
