It was at the beginning of the season when the collapse occurred. Before that, there was a large supply of branded rubber; China evaluated some of it; however, a single set was sufficient for at least three seasons, which is equivalent to around 50,000 kilometers. You are free to accept the offer of 40,000 dollars to pay for tires for an entire season if you believe it will not be wasteful. But I won't be taking Michelin again, and I won't recommend it to anyone else.
