Precision cut foam conforms snugly to the drone and body, while nifty side cords help lift the top layer to access the tablet's bottom layer. I would add some foam to the bottom of the case as while the top is covered in thicker corrugated foam the bottom only has a thin layer of EVA similar to arts and craft foam. Contains multiple battery compartments and SD cards which is a nice bonus as for me at least they are lost forever or hacked. I'm actually still a little doubtful. It appears to be waterproof, but shock resistance is questionable. It seems that while it was a well thought out design overall, the plastic used in its construction is not what you would expect from a solid hard case. It feels hard and possibly brittle and I think a hard hit on the corner might break it. The hard, springy plastic also means it can try to break out of the latches and hit you with them when you open them if you just click them or otherwise don't hold on.
