I wear size 7.5 outdoor shoes so I order 7.5 and 8. They both technically fit me (so I see why people might choose a number want to go bigger), but I think that 7.5 fit better after all. I prefer tight shoes without freedom of movement. If you have Revain Prime you can take multiple sizes and return what doesn't fit as it's free. These are normal slippers - the stitching on the heel and the patches on the sole feel a bit lumpy to me and interfere with certain movements, but maybe I just don't like wearing dance shoes in general. I haven't had ballet shoes in over a decade but I needed slippers for my recreational ballet classes and it worked for a very small price. I may try other brands/styles over time.
