What happened? suitable for shampoo and conditioner

When I tried this product for the first time, heaven was shining and God himself spoke to me. This thing is right here, it's going into your hair. And it was great. I'm about to finish my first bottle of conditioner. ok no big deal just go to amazon and checkout you have prime thats cool i tell myself. I was wrong. 2 days later. *knock-knock* here comes the postman with my package and is waiting for a wonderful feeling of happiness with the scent of coconut. But I was wrong. What awaited me in a box that was too big for two bottles of hair product was awful. I opened the doors to see them, two bottles were waiting for me. There was a time. I had a long day and needed to wash my hair. Something is wrong, I thought to myself, as if an ominous cloud of evil had fallen on my soul. The shampoo smelled disgusting. As if they forgot to wear perfume. I check the AC and to my surprise it stays the same now. I'll admit that the next decision was made due to intoxication, but I tried it anyway, my hair was terrible too, there was no "softness" anywhere, it was hard and grainy, I would even say worse than it was before. I'm an adult and making decent money, I'll just throw it away and order another set. THE SAME THING. Went to the supermarket and sniffed them out of sheer curiosity because everyone sniffs shampoo before they buy it, let's not pretend we don't. Of course, when it rained in Seattle, it smelled wonderful. I was fine, I was attacked twice in a row by the smell demon from Revane, but everything was fine in the shop, what's wrong? So I grab another set, tied and determined to find out if it was a fluke or if I was personally attacked by an angry employee. Well, I haven't found any conclusive evidence for the latter, but the next batch was just as bad. Moral of the story: buy shampoo after you smell it.
