Case is acceptable apart from the flimsy flimsy polypropylene latches which I don't expect to hold up with heavy daily use. The carrying handle is made of polystyrene, which can easily break in adverse conditions, and is not ergonomically shaped. In the past I've had more durable cases like these that usually came with my various mechanical tools and/or gadgets. Luckily I only use this case to protect a lightweight Donegan OptiVisor headband magnifier that is not used in the field. The size is perfect for my purposes. I expect tool box makers like Platt or Chicago Case to offer stronger designs but at a proportionately higher price point.
