Review on Thomas Engine Train Backpack School by Carri Taylor

I bought this for my little one who only uses it for his toys, water bottle, snacks and has recently changed his underwear when he goes potty. However, we've only had it a year and a few months and it's completely falling apart?! Huge tear in the seam where the handle and lid of the bag are sewn together (unfortunately not very well). I wouldn't buy this again. Didn't he carry books or school supplies in it and let it fall apart like that?
