Ideal for removing thick substances from the rim of a bowl and mixing properly
For thicker products I work with filled eggs and biscuit dough. It keeps the sides of the bowl relatively clean and ensures proper mixing of the ingredients. I used to often have to stop mixing and scrape the edges with a spatula. This is a great addition to the blender.
