Review on Black Vertico Slide Sandal for Showers by Jessie Ritchie

I normally wear a 9.5-10 EE in most shoes and like many of the other reviews mentioned in these reviews these sandals actually run a bit small. I ordered size 10/11 and it was too small for me. The sandal has a raised hem along the entire back of the heel. So if the sandal is too small, your heel will constantly rest on this hem, making the sandal uncomfortable to walk on. I returned it and ordered a size up to 11/12 and again it fits a bit. I really had to wiggle my foot in the sandal to keep the heel from banging against the ledge around the heel. I almost sent this pair back but I was afraid the sandals would be too big on the second climb. I held them tight and after wearing them for about 2 days they must have stretched enough that the sandals now fit well. These are great, light and comfortable sandals but sizing is an issue. I usually wear wider shoes so I probably had to go up two sizes. Cons: Sizing is tedious and time consuming (if you have the time and patience to return and order the product). Advantages: light weight. Unbelievable. comfortable and dries very quickly. Now they fit very well and are even more comfortable. So I raised my rating from 3 to 4 stars. I think my main issue was that I have a wide foot and wasn't sure if the sandals would adjust to my foot.
