I actually bought this to wear comfortably during my post-op recovery ahead of my upcoming major surgery, but I certainly didn't expect to like it so much! The lanyard hole and open, low-hanging arms would obviously be fantastic for easy access to my post-op field, but it's very light and comfortable, and as I overheat fairly easily it helps a lot. To be honest, I think I'll be wearing them regularly from now on! I'll definitely be getting a second one soon. For size reference - I'm a slightly skinny guy at 5ft 6in and 145lbs and bought a medium size. It's fairly loose, but not too loose, which is exactly what I was looking for (+ I suspect it will smell a bit, considering it's mostly cotton).
