The best feature is that it allows me to see what my customers are doing when they're using our site, which really help us understand their needs better than ever before (we used other tools but never got as much data). Sometimes I would like for them not only show how people navigate through pages or use certain features in general - sometimes this information could be enough too just because we know where most users go first after logging into one page etc., so there's no need at all actually looking deeper with more detailed reports about each user activity/page usage time spent within specific areas /etc.. Also some templates look outdated now compared earlier versions from last year-2 years ago.- maybe its something related specifically designed template?
