I installed a Curt receiver mount on my 2016 Tacoma and purchased this mount for a Warn Evo 10 winch. This mount is solid with strong welds and a skid plate under the mount which not only adds strength but can also protect it should you decide to ride it locally, although I don't think I'll ever need it. This isn't the kind of setup you'd use to cruise around town with a front receiver-mounted winch. It is best to install it when you need it. Quality at the highest level. I leave the winch in the back of the truck until I need it, then slide it into either the front or rear hitch of the receiver. There is very little play between the square tube and the receiver so the winch wobbles a little but if it were a little tighter it would be difficult to slide in and out and if there was dirt it wouldn't be able to go in all. On my Tacoma, the tab is long enough to go deep into the receiver without touching the front bumper.
