I like that they are always willing to help with any questions or concerns you may have about your network security system! We do not feel as if there is anything in particular that I dislike at this time - however, it would be nice for them to offer more training opportunities (we had only 1).
There doesn't seem to be much room for improvement right now but maybe some additional training could improve their service further? The benefits so far include very quick response times when dealing with technical issues.
