Slightly outdated form. Easy enough but requires buttonholes.
I made a look B and judging by the way the pattern is drawn the pajama bottoms are very low in the crotch and taper to the ankle. They are also a bit short, ending at the ankle. I end up trimming the pattern with a completely straight leg and about 3 centimeters at the end. Much closer to what you would buy at a youth store today. However, they are true to size. I'm 145 lbs 5ft 6in and I did the M.Note although it's pretty easy,
