Review on Leviton 41641 QuickPort Decora Insert by Edgar Clark

First impression: It seems to be the right product for my use. Came in a plastic bag with screws in a separate smaller bag (see photo). Immediately upon opening I noticed a deep scuff/scratch on the top right corner. I researched further and came to the conclusion that it can't be due to the supplied screws as they are packaged separately. I do quality control so I knew straight away that this came from the factory. Absolutely disappointed in the visual aesthetic of this product, especially considering it's black, on a countertop and highly visible. Leviton should be synonymous with quality for the prices they charge. I have ALWAYS bought Leviton ethernet and power products and have had a lot of experience in the past. The product I received is cosmetically terrible hence minus 2 stars. I'm taking off another star for design and lack of detail. The rounded square holes (see photo) are not big enough for the included screws. My application required this insert to be secured with 2 screws in a rounded rectangle that DOES NOT MATCH the screws provided.
