Small and doesn't stretch
We all have big heads in the family, but these capes are very small. The Velcro is at the very edge of the clasp, and even if it were half an inch shorter, it wouldn't fit. There is no stretching that would help much. I haven't washed them yet and will probably hand wash them to avoid possible shrinkage. When they shrink, they end up in a pile of dusty rags.
