Tarpaulin is very heavy and durable. In fact, the problem is that it's too strong. The bag feels bulky and rigid. On my first shot the bag is completely empty but still upright due to the stiffness of the canvas. The bag is very small but when carried it seems much larger. Think of it like a handbag that actually looks unisex, not a backpack. This is not a replacement for a full size book bag. In general I am very satisfied with her. It's about as good as a small canvas shoulder bag.
