In the interest of full disclosure, I bought this used. But it was listed as 'like new' which I think Amazon describes as the box has been opened but the product has not been used. It sucks and NOT in a good way! Ha ha. But seriously, my expectations were not justified. The engine sounded weak. Maneuvering was really difficult. (I'm 35 and fairly able-bodied, just found it uncomfortable and stiff) Had to walk over the same spot multiple times (bare floor or carpet, it doesn't matter). My swivel sweeper shown on TV works MUCH better than this thing and costs $30. (I recommend one of these for smaller jobs). I rarely give less than 3 stars and I can hardly give Shark 1 star. I returned it.
