Review on 👠 Whitmor 40 Pair Shoe Tower: 8 Tiers of Non-Slip Racks for Easy Organization by Rich Fiedler

Arrived on time but the box was a mess. I'm not sure if it was due to the carrier, warehousing or the manufacturer's packaging, but the item was damaged. There were large tears on both ends of the box. The tears were big enough to bother me that something fell out, luckily everything was in place. However, some of the black poles were damaged and dented. It wasn't a construction problem, it just didn't look very pretty. Crumpled sticks weren't a big deal since my shoes could hide damage, but when I'm buying something new I like it to be in 'new' condition. Aside from the damaged bars, one of the large side pieces that went together was dented at the end, making it impossible to put together. I have requested a replacement and will hopefully be able to update my review once I can use the shoe rack. Edit: I received a replacement and the box was in better condition, there are some minor holes. Now, however, two large pieces of metal were dented. Between two orders I managed to put together a shoe rack, but I don't want to do that when I order something. The shoe rack itself is slightly smaller and doesn't fit 40 of my shoes. For the price I can't complain and it should fit most of my shorter shoes. Some of my booties compress a bit but that is normal as I was expecting this based on what other reviews had said. I was going to change the star rating if the replacement was intact but I'll leave it right now as I'll have to return both if I can't get a shoe rack between the two. .
