I love these toothbrushes! I bought these for my family and after reading some of the reviews I was concerned that the bristles might be too hard but this is the softest toothbrush I have ever tried. I would say this is a very soft brush which is better for your gums. Even with very soft bristles it cleans our teeth very well and my daughter said she had never been able to brush her teeth like this before. Neither of us had any trouble cleaning the bamboo handle. It's a bit different on first use, but we found we didn't notice it on second use. If you are very sensitive, the bamboo handle may feel odd in your mouth, like a popsicle stick. I love it when the companies I order from make sure I'm happy with my purchase and give me a direct link to them. when there is a problem, and Ecokiss does just that. An added bonus is that our purchase helps bring water to a family in Tigray, Ethiopia. I also appreciate that the packaging is fully recyclable or repackaged. The only thing I would have liked a little differently is that the brushes are easy to tell apart when they are in the toothbrush holder. We are a family of 5 so it's difficult to look up your name or identification mark (preferably with an ink pen not felt) that you left in a hurry but not the end of the world. I highly recommend and will order again if we need a replacement.
