This smartwatch measures heart rate around the clock and, if necessary, blood pressure and blood oxygen on site. You have 3 alarms that can be set in the app but as a special feature the alarms can be enabled or disabled right on the watch itself. This has often helped me when I was close to bed and had already switched off my phone but forgot to set the alarm for the next morning. With this watch I could do it right on the watch. Health information (e.g. blood pressure, BP and SPO2, activity tracking) is impressive on the watch, with multiple pages of information on each. The watch has many other features including breath training, a stopwatch, a countdown timer (which even supports multitasking), music controls and more. Brightness can be adjusted directly on the status screen from almost dark for nighttime use to very bright for outdoor visibility. Notifications can be customized for up to 10 main apps in the app and for the rest of the apps in general. The large screen size is definitely a plus when it comes to screen readability. Many watch faces are available on the watch and more in the app. This watch is definitely a very good fit for my needs.
