The batteries that came with the tracer were swollen so I threw them away. Does the power button blink and turn off after 10 seconds? so call for help! But they didn't have an answer, so they sent me a new one. Thought I'd just check the batteries, pretty sure one of the batteries was completely dead, it's working fine now! canceled the replacement.
