Edit: 7/11/19 So, despite the fact that I never used sunscreen/lotions and didn't take off my watch while exercising (I bought a chest strap), on the cover of The heart rate sensor starts to crack. A bug that could result in me being underwater in over 80ft and my watch suddenly dying (even check your dive charts as a safety net). I have attached a photo of these cracks but they are thin and difficult to get the right light for the camera clearly. If Garmin can't make a decent HR sensor cover, take it off the device we paid $1,000 for and just include a chest strap with our purchase. Seriously, focus on building a good, solid Fenix-platform dive watch and ditch the peripherals that might hamper that. I would not recommend buying. ---------------------------------- ---- Initial Review: Great looking watch and incredibly versatile for a multitude of activities : from diving to running, hiking, biking, climbing, etc. You can even program your own workouts. The map feature is also incredibly useful. My only complaint is that when I'm spending $1,000 for a nice watch with an incredibly durable, scratch-resistant screen, I don't use incredibly soft textured metal for the case. Clean with something more abrasive than fluffy rabbit fur and it will quickly stain your beautiful new watch.
