Be patient while waiting for the signal
I installed this on the tower TV antenna and ran a cable through the attic to my radio. And nothing happened. The radio is still dead. After stressing and crying for 15 minutes which was a waste of time, it finally worked and I had a good overall signal. It's been working great ever since (I've had it for 3 months now).
