Review on 🧲 Cruiser Accessories 79150 Mounting Plate: Black, Durable and Easy-to-Install by Steve Lawrence

Pros: 1. This replaced a $100 Audi license plate bracket for my 15ft S3.2. It's still possible for €5. Cons: 1. However, the included screws to attach the plate to the bracket were MUCH longer; It goes past the mount by almost 1/4 inch and will push against your paint if you're not careful. I think it's better if you use your license plate, but I don't. I should have gotten shorter ones in Lowes.2. Where the four screws go into the bracket, there's only virgin plastic - there's no metal internal threads to hold the screws securely; So make sure you're ready to screw them in and leave them in once (maybe twice). If you screw it in and out too many times, the plastic bracket can only hold it and the screws won't "tighten" properly.3. The plastic edges of the mount will scratch the paint where they touch over time. Since I suffer from obsessive-compulsive disorder, I will probably get a real back brace soon. But for €5 that's enough for now.
