Cotton but too big. Suitable for sheets, pillowcases and sets
I was so lucky to find a cotton body pillowcase. It's great except it doesn't have a zipper and it's bigger than my pillow (I thought all body pillows were the same size I don't think so) so my reasons for 4 stars but I would buy it again
