I have an HP Officejet 3830 and every time I want to print I have to run the troubleshooter which then pushes the job. This wasn't a problem until I installed the ink cartridges from this purchase. After that, it prints fine, but performing additional steps for each individual print job is a serious problem. I won't buy anymore. *EDIT* The company contacted me to offer a refund for a defective product. They found the problem and made changes to ensure it doesn't happen again. I am changing the rating to reflect the excellent customer service and will try again in hopes of improving the product. They specifically stated that even though they knew I didn't need it and hadn't bought it, they sent me money to leave a positive review and "help them out". I declined this offer and changed my rating for this product back to 1 star. Buyer Warning.
