I like that it's easy to use for both employees & customers. It has helped us keep track of our shipments & deliveries very easily! The best thing about this software application is how simple it makes everything. No more paper work - just make an online appointment or request via their website and let them do all the hardwork! Nothing at this point. We have found no fault thus far. Customer Service is great as well! They are always willing to answer any questions you may have even if you don't know what you need assistance with. Highly recommended! Shipping needs.
