Review on 🔸 Kamileo Fascia Muscle Roller - Pain Reduction, Cellulite Massager & Soreness Relief Tool for Calves, Thighs, Shoulders by Megan Spencer

So I bought 3 muscle massage sticks. 1) The Kamileo Muscle Roll (this product is orange and black) has deeper grooves and is more suitable for deeper muscle massage. I also had to massage my baseball pants. Another reason why I chose this one. (2) IDSON Muscle Roller Stick (green and black) has smoother grooves of medium depth. A little softer on the skin but still does the job. Works more like rolling dough than the first; which pushes deeper but rolls the muscle, if that makes sense. My 15 year old son, the star of the track, chose this one over Kamileo. (3) The Elite Massage Wand by Elite Sportz Equipment has very fine grooves. I am sending this back. It's just average. If your whole goal is to massage the quads, hamstrings, calves, etc. and increase circulation, use one of the first two. Unfortunately, none of these are made in the US (all China). In case it matters, I'm a physical therapist by trade.
