I like having my orders processed quickly because it helps keeps the stress level down as far as scheduling goes. Customer service can be improved in certain areas - could be faster in processing orders and being able to communicate more during peak hours. Also, could offer same day pickups if available depending on location. Shipping time between states varies so order ahead to make sure your items arrive where you'd planned/expected them at the right time in terms of schedule management. This helps with overall workflow efficiency during planning times. We're utilizing this web app for both purchasing products and tracking shipments within our internal network. We use Lincoln for our storage needs. They are always fast and reliable. Their rates are fair. There is no other storage agency to compare them to. They provide excellent customer service as well. It's hard to find any dislikes. I would say their website could be updated and improved. However, this is nitpicking. Their prices are competitive in the market. Storage space available and cheap rates make Lincoln a good choice. My company uses them for storage and shipping of our inventory.
