I work part time at home and part time in the office with no dedicated desks so I needed a large bag to carry my laptop, keyboard, mouse, files etc. Back and forth. The body of this bag is great - it has enough space for a full size keyboard and everything else I needed during the day. As long as the wheels don't bind. The first time I was able to get it spinning again, but now it's fine and tight and I'm not doing anything to loosen it again. It's useless to me without wheels rolling, so it was quite expensive for maybe 6 trips to the office. Also, the handle is quite short - I'm 5ft 2" and felt like I was leaning forward when I pulled on it.
