High quality, easy maintenance racks
Decided I want to write a review for these cooling racks because of how well they have been working for me. The 10" x 15" size has been a perfect fit for my pans and cleaning is a dream. I have used them to make wings twice now without any cooking spray. The wings removed easily and after throwing in the dishwasher (without any precleaning) they were completely clean without any chicken residue remaining. Also made chocolate chip cookies and used them to cool, had no trouble with the cookies sticking and squares are small enough to hold the weight without the cookies breaking
- Wasn’t as easy to clean as advertised!!!!
- The wire spacing could be too large for delicate baked goods, leading to possible deformation or breakage
