UPDATE July 11th: I'm editing this review because of the excellent customer service I've received. The scrubber was replaced and the company refunded my money. And more importantly, the second scrubber works well. The company informed me that these scrubbers can be blocked. I read it in the instructions and tried to unlock it, as did my husband. Nothing has changed on the first washer. So I don't know what to say about that. But if your scrubber doesn't stay on, it may be stuck. PREVIOUS REVIEW: I will be returning this. I read the instructions, I made sure it was fully charged, I had a second person read the instructions to make sure I wasn't doing anything wrong. This scrub doesn't work. I press the power button and it stays on for two seconds before stopping. I sent a question to confirm I understood how it works and didn't receive an answer. i will return it
