The product works perfectly. The detector protrudes a few centimeters from the rear of the vehicle and gives the impression that it is intruding into the passenger compartment. Since the distance between the front of the detector and the windshield is about 8 inches, I would have preferred to be able to adjust the mount so that the detector moves closer to the windshield and the back of the detector is flush with the mirror. Unfortunately, the track is too short for that. So this product works, but it's not optimal. A second set of longer brackets to bring the detector closer to the windshield solves this problem and makes it a better product.
