I like this shampoo and conditioner. It works well and smells good. I love amla oil and use amla oil on my hair regularly, letting it soak into my scalp and hair 2-4 times a month mixed with rosemary oil, mustard seed oil and grapeseed oil. It helped my hair grow longer and stronger which is what drew me to this shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo and conditioner didn't change my life and my hair is still a little frizzy after washing (this is normal for me and I try to find a shampoo and conditioner to avoid this) but they smell nice and make my hair clean and smooth. Soft. For the record, I have long, mid-length, wavy, thigh-length hair in long layers. My concerns are usually dryness, hair loss, frizz, and dead or split ends.
