I ordered these with a dehydrator. I got a sheet on my 6 rack container. I ordered five and they are perfect. Easy to clean, very flexible and does not stick as advertised. Made a second batch of beef jerky and was able to pull them right off the sheets without sticking. They have lots of holes for heat transfer and work great. My next project will be to prepare a student mix and test the nonstick properties to make sure it's not an accident. But the fact that I don't have any dried stick pieces tells me that dried fruit won't be a problem either. Great product for the price. HAVE FUN
