UPDATE: This company's customer service was very open about their mistake and quickly worked with me to resolve the issue. They refunded the money and one of the staff told me that they even switched manufacturers to fix the problem. (And I broke my sewing machine and fixed it and we've been using it ever since. It's super soft!) Thank you for working with your customer to make them happy! Updated stars and rating to reflect reaction. We washed it once before using it and used it on my toddler's crib for about two weeks and it's already falling apart. Bias binding is separating at the edges. I'm glad I have a sewing machine and the ability to fix it fairly quickly, but it's pretty poor quality. Not related to quality, but its size just about covers your typical crib mattress, with about five inches of overhang on each side. (where you could lift and climb into bed). I was hoping to get a longer duvet that could be tucked in like regular bedding, but I didn't measure the mattress before purchasing. Guilty.
