The ease of use, it takes minutes to set up and get started with. There are different ways to configure data so you can do things quickly as well as have flexibility down the road. I also like that we can run the program in our office and there isn't a need to send our data to another system. We don't have any complaints really. What would I change? Not too much at this point. This has been a very valuable tool in our organization, helps us stay better organized and more productive. I like that you can set up different workflows per task to help keep everything organized and in order. The interface could be more intuitive, and it's sometimes difficult to navigate from one step to another. We are using this software to make sure our processes stay organized and streamlined. It has been very helpful! We have been able to effectively manage our processes and tasks.
