I adore these shirts. They have the right amount of stretch that allows the shirt to move with you. I reach forward a lot for work that these are not tight or binding. They are not flannel. They are thin and not too hot. I have to wear two layers for protective clothing that don't breath well, and I stay comfortable in these. I like that they are fitted for a women's shape, and the collar is minimal. I have trouble looking good in most button-up shirts, but these are flattering! I'm 4'10", around 138lbs, 34A chest. I ordered a medium so it fits a little looser and hides the extra I have around the middle. I find the sleeves really long, but I wear it with the sleeves rolled up, and it fits like a 3/4 sleeve which is what I prefer anyways. I ordered another after the first, but I need more! I would wear these everyday.
