Difficult to remove the cork from the bottle opener
This product is GREAT for removing the cork from a bottle, very easy. However, when you try to take the cork out of the opener, due to the poor design, there is very little room for the cork to grab, making it difficult to remove the cork. I bought because the name "RABBIT" seems to be the leader among wine tools, my second product and I am not satisfied with either one.
