As a software developer, I am constantly plagued by arm and wrist pain. After the child was born, the pain was much stronger, especially in the first few months. You can always stop it by pressing the power button if you are uncomfortable with the intensity. I also discovered an interesting thing, my two hands like different levels of intensity. I also like the heating function which helps reduce pain. The front of the massager is open, which is suitable for hands of different sizes. There will be spots on the arm and wrist but they will naturally go away after 10-20 minutes depending on the intensity you used. Noise is very low. I can use the massager in my child's room while they are sleeping without waking them up. The possibility of charging and wireless communication make the massager very convenient to use. I use it when I read a book to my kids or play jigsaw puzzles with them. This is really a great product! I will definitely recommend it to my colleagues and friends.
