Cracked, dirty and smelling like burnt plastic

Very dissatisfied with this purchase. Half of the yellow plastic crackers look discolored or dark and smell burnt. The second half has chips and cracks. Not worth the money spent but as they arrived later than expected (would have been overnight then 11am but received later) I couldn't replace them at a regular party store. I am ashamed that this was used for our event.
