I am installing this in an 8 drawer dresser. The product is good but there is no installation guide. Specifications shown with product require 0.500 (1/2) inch clearance. Asked a question and the shipper said 1/16 inch is a good tolerance. Didn't say +1/16 or -1/16. My boxing space is 19 3/4, my boxes are 18.735 = 0.015 less than 18 3/4. Drawers do NOT fit, too narrow. I am a retired engineer with 6 years of experience working sheet metal to close tolerances, I measure with a 24" mechanical square. .100 scraped (just over 3/32) and the boxes fit GREAT. Since all the crates are already done, this is a "bear" for repairs. Will continue after the project is completed. The illustration shows the brackets for each row of rails. As a result, they remain exactly at the right height and lie flat and at right angles to one another. Start with the tallest drawer and then decrease the height of the drawer for the next. wayne
