I work in a very stressful environment. I feel like there is no shoe that fits my feet and my workplace perfectly. They will fill the bill until I find the perfect shoe. I probably go through a pair of shoes every 3 months. For the price they are great. I don't like the strap on the back. Seems a bit cozy. But traction is good. And after I broke them, they're pretty comfortable. I just hope they don't shrink
