while it works fine. It would be nice if there was a small light source somewhere.

Model StarTech HB31C3A1CB. 3 USB-A ports, 1 USB-C port. All ports labeled "10G" for 10 Gbps USB 3.1 Gen 2. Connected to my Macbook running OS X 10.14.6. No drivers required, no warning messages. Direct plug and play. One of my 500GB Samsung SSD is attached (which itself uses a StarTech USB-C to 2.5" SATA data stream adapter cable). offers full read/write speed. I'm awaiting the arrival of some additional drives and USB-A adapter cables. Once that is the case, I will update this review with advice on stability and transfer speeds between multiple drives connected to a StarTech 4-Port USB Adapter. It would be nice to have a small yellow or green (not blue) light somewhere on the device to give a visual indication that it's on.
